Artist Fernando Botero (born 1932, Colombian) must have been deprived of something essential as a little boy. His trademark style, which includes fat people and exaggerated dimensions suggests he is seeking in his paintings to compensate for something that was missed. To judge from the preponderance of corpulent women in his works, I would say he was not breast-fed.
